Welcome to Manchester Krav Maga
We train people of all levels and ages, from age five, in Krav Maga Self Defence techniques as created for and used by the Israeli army. Instructors are qualified and insured and attend Krav Maga Instructor training seminars to ensure that we teach the most up to date methods. We are the first and original Krav Maga club in Manchester having formed in 1999 and with Instructors qualified since 1984.
We offer the highest standards of tuition. (See testimonials). There are grade opportunities to Black Belt level. We offer classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Please see our specific pages for one-to-one and corporate Krav Maga. We are an IKMF affiliated club.
Krav Maga was created by advanced martial arts exponent Imi Lichtenfeld for the Israeli Army in 1948.
Our Instructors have been involved in Krav Maga since 1984.

Seminars
We offer classes tailored to the students ages and to the methods most useful for those situations that teenagers encounter.
Classes are designed for students aged 10-13. Cost per class is £5.
Teen KM
Krav Maga is the most effective form of self defence and is used worldwide by Army, Police and Intelligence services including the FBI and CIA. We offer beginner to advanced classes for students aged 16+, cost £6.
Senior KM
We have programmes for children aged 5+. We have run Junior KM classes since 1999. Testimonials here.

Krav Maga is reality based training. Learn how to deal with multiple attackers, to counter attacks involving weapons and to fight from the ground.
We teach you to deal with more powerful attackers and with attackers in your home. We also cover hostage scenarios and vehicle situations including cars, buses, trains and planes.
All these scenarios and more are taught to all students from Beginner upwards.
