Our Junior Boys Class is designed to help boys aged 9-11 develop confidence, focus, resilience, and physical ability through structured martial arts training. Each session blends technique, fitness, and practical self‑defence in a safe and encouraging environment.
This isn’t about aggression — it’s about control, respect, and personal growth.
Students learn how to carry themselves, make positive decisions, and build discipline that carries over into school and everyday life.
What your child will learn:
