Our Adult Beginner/Intermediate Class is designed for anyone looking to improve their fitness, confidence, and self‑defence skills — no experience needed. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after a break, or simply looking to try something new, this class gives you a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment to learn at your own pace.
It isn’t about being the toughest person in the room — it’s about building strength, control, and confidence from the inside out.
You’ll develop real skills, get fitter, and feel more capable both physically and mentally.
What you will learn:

Fundamental martial arts technique: Safe, effective movements suited to their age and skill level.
